orders are dispatched within 1/2 working days following the confirmation of your order by dhl express service. dhl couriers delivers from monday to friday, both in the morning and the afternoon. estimared transit times in europe after dispatch are 1/2 working days for most destinations.
returns
your withdrawal right may be exercised by sending a written communication by email to customercare@duvetica.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods. the return shipment is free only when using the courier provided by duvetica.
